Many of us are accustomed to sleeping on our sides. But it is possible to develop the habit of sleeping face up the whole night. In fact, one of the reasons why Japanese in general have beautiful and flawless complexion is because they sleep with their faces facing the ceiling the entire time. It is a great habit to develop.
    4. Clear your face of stray hair strands
    Stray hair strands that find themselves on your face can irritate your skin and promote acne. This is especially so if you use hair products such as hair wax, hair clay or hair gel on your hair. The best policy is to not use these hair products as they are not only bad for your hair but bad for your face. Make sure you keep your face clear from stray hair strands.
    5. Drown your body with tons of water
    Learn to be a water tank. The more water you drink, the more you cleanse your body of unwanted toxin. This is a natural way of detoxifying your body and by disallowing the toxin in your body to accumulate, you are putting a stop to acne from festering on your skin.
